We believe Early Childhood is a specialised area of training and are passionate about supporting industry to provide exceptional care and education for young children and infants. Our training has a strong focus on practical skills, underpinning knowledge, knowledge development, and ‘work readiness’, along with the attributes and values necessary to become a skilled Early Childhood Professional.
Our trainers are all Early Childhood teacher qualified and have worked in a range of services over a number of years in a variety of positions, and so we understand the complexities of working in the industry and undertaking learning under a traineeship.

This Early Childhood Education and Care qualification prepares graduates of CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or CHC301113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to become future leaders, supervisors and managers of children’s services. The course builds on existing skills and knowledge to continue the learning journey of an educator.
To support the ongoing professional development of staff, this course has been written and customised to reflect these challenges and support the development and implementation of leadership roles specifically within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
One of the most important jobs we have at the service is to help keep our children safe. This unit focuses on child protection and developing strategies that you can use in an early childhood setting in your role as a mandatory reporter. You will learn about what to look for and how to report concerns about children. This Nationally recognised training program is available as an online course.
