Course Description:
Developing leadership qualities in Early Childhood settings can be extremely challenging. There are a broad range of stakeholders’ interests to constantly manage including staff, parents, and other community participants whilst juggling the daily operations of the service.
To support the ongoing professional development of staff, this course has been written and customised to reflect these challenges and support the development and implementation of leadership roles specifically within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting. It is unique in that assessment and learning directly relate to National Quality Standards, the Educational Leader role and the implementation of Service Quality Improvement Plans.
As a student you will benefit from:
✓ a course that is 100% focused on Early Childhood Leadership and
Management so what you learn can be directly implemented in your service.
✓ a learning emphasis on reflection and continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
