Developing leadership qualities in Early Childhood settings can be extremely challenging. There are a broad range of stakeholders’ interests to constantly manage including staff, parents, and other community participants whilst juggling the daily operations of the service. ICCC’s Diploma of Leadership and Management course is tailored specifically for Early Childhood Educators looking to equip themselves with the skills and knowledge required to excel as a Manager or Director of an Early Childhood service.
To support the ongoing professional development of staff, this course has been written and customised to reflect these challenges and support the development and implementation of leadership roles specifically within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting. It is unique in that assessment and learning directly relate to National Quality Standards, the Educational Leader role and the implementation of Service Quality Improvement Plans.
